Was a standout player for Solar 89. Solar advanced to the 2007 US Youth Soccer National Championships. Carlyn scored the winning goal in the regional championships. Carlyn also scored in the state cup semi-finals and finals. Carlyn was also an all-district basketball player at Prince of Peace High School. She is the daughter of Tony and Carla Powers and has a brother, TJ and a sister, McKenna. Carlyn is a Pre-dental student at HSU.
